Cancellation Policy
– No Shows will be charged full cancellation fees
– FREE Cancellation if the service is cancelled 07 days before the tour start date. – All Taxes, Fees and service charges are included in the Final Price. No other Fees apply.

If you wish to cancel a booked tour, excursion or activity, please ensure that you terminate your booking at least 72 hours before the scheduled date to receive a refund. Any cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled date are non-refundable.

We do understand that there might be mitigating factors out of your control that could lead to a cancellation, (these include but are not limited to airport or aircraft delays).
